What does ASCF do?
ASCF raises funds to support health research for all Flushing Spaniels, Cocker Spaniels in particular, education and Cocker Spaniel Rescue. ASCF contributes to grants investigating causes of disease, diagnosis, prognosis and treatment.
How is ASCF associated with ASC?
The ASC formed the ASCF as a 501(c)3 charitable organization with the mission of raising funds to support health research for all Flushing Spaniels, Cocker Spaniels in Particular, Education and Cocker Spaniel Rescue to operate with tax deductible donations. All rescue funds are distributed through ASCF.
Why do we need ASCF?
ASCF raises money to benefit the health of Flushing Spaniels, Cocker Spaniels in particular, to live longer, healthier lives. ASCF, through its rescue network, helps Cocker Spaniel rescue groups with medical expenses. Genetic research helps breeders produce healthier puppies. Clinical research helps veterinarians. Canine research also advances human health.
Where does the funding come from?
Personal and corporate tax deductible donations and fundraising events held by the ASCF.
How can I help?
Donate to the ASCF. Volunteer. Do your health testing. Participate in the Breeders Comprehensive Health Survey and other programs.

What are volunteers required to do?
Volunteers are needed to help coordinate and man fundraising events. Chairpersons need help.
